This blog is about my journey from meal to meal with an emphasis on how they are created, why or what makes them beautiful and how you can get excited about your own meals.
I am currently on a quest to learn about raw foods and am on what's known as the 'Raw Til Dinner' plan. Breakfast is green juice, mid morning is fruit, lunch is a hearty salad, and dinner is a time for me to experiment - it's usually something raw, plus a piece of protein.
Don't be surprised however when I post cooked- extra-meaty foods here as well. I post shots from meals enjoyed elsewhere too!
I look at life as an adventure and am constantly experimenting.
SAJ - handmade Arabian style flatbread breakfast served at the Shangri La Hotel here in Dubai. Amazing taste - the spread is an oregano based salty paste, plus Labneh (yogurt like cheese) - reminded me of crepes or quesadilla.
